Andrew Purnel is a senior at Cathedral City High School and has been enrolled in the Digital Arts Technology Academy (DATA) for three years. Besides compiling an impressive fine arts portfolio, Andrew has been a valuable contributor to the school's online magazine, theprowler.us. Andrew spent a day this year job shadowing a photographer at the Desert Sun newspaper. In addition to the work he has produced for DATA, Andrew also is responsible for photographing all the new product at Epidemic, a local skate shop. This talented 18 year old will be attending Fullerton Junior College next fall and hopes to someday become a successful photographer.
